Earlier today Criag Jones announced on his Instagram that FloSports put a copyright claim on the B-Team YouTube channel. Craig states that the copyright claim was related to the video covering day 1 of the Craig Jones Invitational (CJI) event. The portion of the video under claim was a Defense Soap advertisement. This would be a very odd copyright claim to make as Craig Jones is the one responsible for organizing the CJI event and FloSports has no right to the footage. Craig hints that the strike could have been automatically triggered due to the defense soap aid appearing on the CJI stream and the WNO event linked to the copywrite claim. Regardless of the possible incidental nature of the claim, in a very direct move Craig threatened FloSports to remove the claim within 3 hours or he will throw CJI events during every Who’s Number One (WNO) event.
“FloSports, you have 3 hours to remove this copywrite claim or we’re gonna run a GODDAMN Craig Jones Invitational the same day as Who’s Number One every single one of your events. And if you don’t believe me, ask Mo Jassim.”

The claim pictured below was quickly withdrawn by FloSports.

Craig posted the image below presumably from a representative of FloSports.

While many may find the back and forth entertaining the larger story here is that Craig Jones is prepared to throw more CJI events. This is big news as his first CJI event brought a lot of money to the art and future events will likely do the same. Between this and the UFC announcing a grappling version of ultimate fighter it is truly becoming a good time to be a grappler.
